Zac Farro

Zac Farro is an American musician best known as the drummer for the rock band Paramore. He is also the lead vocalist and guitarist for the band HalfNoise. His dynamic drumming style and songwriting contributions have been essential to Paramore's sound.

Early Life

Zachary Wayne Farro was born on June 4, 1990, in Voorhees Township, New Jersey. He began playing drums at a young age.

Career

Farro co-founded Paramore in 2004 with Hayley Williams and Josh Farro (his brother). He played drums on the band's first three albums: All We Know Is Falling, Riot!, and Brand New Eyes. He left Paramore in 2010, subsequently forming HalfNoise. He rejoined Paramore in 2017 and has played on their albums After Laughter and This Is Why.

Personal Life

Zac Farro maintains a relatively private personal life. He married his longtime girlfriend, Eleanor Yates, in 2023.
