Joy Taylor was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She attended Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Communications. While at Barry, she hosted the radio show "The Noise."

Career

Taylor began her career in Miami radio, working for 790 The Ticket as the executive producer of "The Dan Le Batard Show with Stugotz." She later joined Fox Sports, initially as a news update anchor on Fox Sports 1. She gained wider recognition as the moderator and co-host of "Skip and Shannon: Undisputed" alongside Skip Bayless and Shannon Sharpe. In 2022, she transitioned to become the co-host of "The Herd with Colin Cowherd." Taylor also hosts her own podcast, "Maybe I'm Crazy with Joy Taylor."
