Early Life
Tsuyoshi Nakagawa was born in Moriguchi City, Osaka Prefecture, Japan. He formed the manzai duo Nakagawa-ke with his younger brother, Reiji, and they joined the Yoshimoto Kogyo talent agency's New Star Creation (NSC) in its 11th generation.
Career
Nakagawa-ke debuted in 1992. They are known for their classic style of manzai, often incorporating social commentary and observational humor into their routines. Their career took a major leap forward with their victory in the first M-1 Grand Prix in 2001. They have since become regular fixtures on Japanese television and radio.
