
Terrence LeVarr Thornton, known professionally as Pusha T, is an American rapper. He initially gained notoriety as one half of the hip hop duo Clipse, alongside his brother Gene "No Malice" Thornton, with whom he founded Re-Up Records.

Early Life
Terrence Thornton was born in The Bronx, New York, but grew up in Virginia Beach, Virginia. He and his brother formed Clipse in the early 1990s.
Career
Clipse initially signed with Elektra Records and released their debut album Exclusive Audio Footage in 1999. After leaving Elektra, they joined Star Trak Entertainment and released their critically acclaimed album Lord Willin' in 2002. Following the release of Hell Hath No Fury in 2006 and Til the Casket Drops in 2009, Pusha T embarked on a successful solo career, releasing albums like My Name Is My Name (2013), King Push – Darkest Before Dawn: The Prelude (2015), Daytona (2018), and It's Almost Dry (2022). He also became president of G.O.O.D. Music.
