Allegra McEvedy

Allegra McEvedy MBE is a chef, broadcaster, and writer, best known for co-founding the healthy fast-food restaurant chain LEON. Early Life

Born in London, McEvedy developed a passion for food from a young age. She trained at the Cordon Bleu in London.

Career

McEvedy co-founded LEON in 2004 with Henry Dimbleby and John Dimbleby. She has also worked as a chef at The Groucho Club and contributed to various publications. Her television appearances include "Economy Gastronomy" and "The Big Family Cooking Showdown." She is the author of several cookbooks, including "Leon: Naturally Fast Food" and "Big Table, Busy Kitchen."
