In 1996, he co-founded Fueled By Ramen, initially operating the label out of his University of Florida dorm room. Fueled By Ramen signed and helped launch the careers of bands like Fall Out Boy, Paramore, and Panic! At The Disco, becoming one of the most successful independent record labels. Fiorello left Less Than Jake in 2020.
