
Robert Fitzgerald Diggs, better known by his stage name RZA, is an American rapper, record producer, musician, and filmmaker. He is the de facto leader of the Wu-Tang Clan, having produced most of the group's albums and many of his fellow members' solo projects. He is also a member of the hip hop group Gravediggaz.

Early Life

Career
RZA formed the group Force of the Imperial Master (later known as All in Together Now) with his cousins in the late 1980s. After a brief solo career, he founded the Wu-Tang Clan in the early 1990s, producing the majority of their groundbreaking debut album, Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers). He has continued to produce for the group and its individual members, as well as other artists. RZA has also released several solo albums under the alias Bobby Digital. Beyond music, he has acted in and scored films, including directing The Man with the Iron Fists.
