Jeongyeon joined JYP Entertainment as a trainee after passing an audition in 2010. In 2015, she participated in the survival show "Sixteen" and was selected as one of the nine members to debut in TWICE. She has since been a key vocalist in the group, contributing to their extensive discography and performing in concerts worldwide.
