Early Life
Born on June 14, 1999, in Tainan, Taiwan, Tzuyu was discovered by talent scouts at the MUSE Performing Arts Workshop in Tainan in 2012. She subsequently moved to South Korea to become a trainee.
Career
Tzuyu participated in the South Korean reality show Sixteen in 2015, where she competed to become a member of Twice. She was selected as one of the nine members and debuted with the group in October 2015 with the mini-album The Story Begins. Since then, Twice has released numerous successful albums and singles, establishing themselves as a top K-pop group.
